Kino der Toten (German for "Cinema of the Dead") is a Zombies map featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops. The map is automatically unlocked for play at the start of the game, and takes place in an abandoned theater somewhere in Germany. The map introduces some new components to the Zombies mode, including Crawler Zombies and the Fire Pit trap. The Thundergun is introduced in this map. The cast of Shi No Numa and Der Riese return as the playable characters: Tank Dempsey, Nikolai Belinski, Takeo Masaki, and Edward Richtofen.

Ascension takes place in an abandoned Soviet Cosmodrome. The map features Tank Dempsey, Nikolai Belinski, Takeo Masaki, and Edward Richtofen as playable characters and includes two new Wonder Special Grenades, the Gersch Device and Matryoshka Dolls (replacing the Monkey Bombs), as well as new perks such as PhD Flopper and Stamin-Up. Double Tap Root Beer does not appear. A new enemy, called Space monkeys, also appear in this map, replacing the Hellhounds and Pentagon Thief (from Shi No Numa/Der Riese/Kino der Toten and "Five" respectively). A new power-up, Random Perk Bottle is also available.

"Five" is the sixth Zombies map, and the second in Call of Duty: Black Ops. The map is unlocked after completing the campaign on any difficulty, or entering a password on the computer in the main menu. It takes place in The Pentagon, the United States Military Defense building, located in Arlington, Virginia.

Call of the Dead is the ninth Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies map. Treyarch called it "a unique Zombies experience" and is "a very special creation for all Zombie fans". The level is the first to feature actual celebrities fighting the zombies and features George A. Romero as one of the zombies. The map takes place on a ship, a lighthouse and the land next to them.

Moon is the eleventh Zombie map included for Call of Duty: Black Ops, featured in the Rezurrection map pack . It was released on August 23 for Xbox 360 and September 22 on PS3 and PC. According to the Call of Duty: Black Ops Facebook page, this is the final Zombies map for Black Ops. The original characters return in this map. Moon is the largest Zombie map to date.

Nacht der Untoten (German for "Night of the Undead") is the first Nazi Zombies map in Call of Duty: World at War. It was then released on the Rezurrection map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops in late September, 2011.

Shi No Numa (Japanese: 死の沼; English: "Swamp of Death"), is a Nazi Zombies map featured in Call of Duty: World at War and Call of Duty: Black Ops. It is the third level of the Nazi Zombies series. The events of Shi No Numa occur in a swamp somewhere in the Pacific that is surrounded by a jungle. This is the only Zombies map to include zombies from the Imperial Japanese Army. It was also along with the other three World at War zombie maps on August 23 in the map pack Rezurrection for Call of Duty: Black Ops, or through a code available with the Hardened Edition.

Verrückt (German for "crazy" or "insane"), known in full as Zombie Verrückt, is one of the maps available in the first Call of Duty: World at War map pack, as well as the Hardened and Prestige editions of Call of Duty: Black Ops. It is also available in the Call of Duty: Black Ops DLC Rezurrection. It is the second installment of the Zombies mode from World at War, and takes place in the Wittenau Sanatorium, located in Berlin, Germany.

Der Riese (German for The Giant, pronounced: Dehr Ree-seh), also known as Zombie Factory, and known in full as Waffenfabrik Der Riese (German for Weapons Factory of the Giant), is the fourth and final map in the Nazi Zombies game mode, featured in Call of Duty: World at War. It is set in a secret Nazi facility near Breslau, Germany, and was the debut of the teleporters and the Pack-a-Punch machine.
